It's an honour and privilege to be given the opportunity to Captain the Australian Cricket Team. I look forward to all of the challenges that lay ahead and hope to continue the great legacy of Australian captains. Looking forward to giving Michael Clarke a great send off next week on hopefully a winning note.Captain of Australia at age 26. What a great achievement! Congratulations. Congratulations and good luck steve Smith. . Make Australia proud mate :)Congratulations Steve, I watched you start in the Australian Team early on and falter, you persevered and have in a short period become a great batsman and may prove to be one of the greatest. You have a wonderful nature and reflect the dogged determination of Australian Captains of old. You are presented with an opportunity not seen since Allan Border, to recreate Australian Cricket. Good luck young man Steve congratulations all us Aussie's know you will do a great job. No matter what enjoy the game I will be watching with a box of tissues for Michael Clark's send off.
